Start with a jar, apply stickers in shape you like, these are stars, but circles for polka-dots would be cute too!
Spray with Rustoleum Frosted Glass and let dry
When dry peel off stickers (very gingerly, using a fingernail or tweezers to get them up)
Apply embellishments for extra flare
Done!
